MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN FIRST CLASS RESALABLE CONDITION AND ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCK CHARGE, WHERE PART TIME ARTIST IS NOT AT FAULT. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED FREIGHT PAID.

CLAIMS: PART TIME ARTIST PACKS EACH ORDER TO ENSURE SAFE ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION. DAMAGE OR LOSS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CARRIER NOT PART TIME ARTIST. ALL SUCH CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITH THE CARRIER.

CLAIMS FOR ERRORS IN SHIPMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN FIFTEEN DAYS OF RECIEPT OF GOODS. NEED TO INCLUDE INVOICE DATE AND NUMBER.

PURCHASERS ARE CHARGED FOR ALL SHIPPING AND INSURANCE CHARGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED PRIOR TO SHIPPING FROM PURCHASER.

SHIPPING SHIPPING IS PRIMARILY DONE VIA US FIRST CLASS OR PRIORITY MAIL, WHICHEVER IS DEEMED APPROPRIATE. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT CALCULATED DURING CHECKOUT AND ARE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER WHEN YOUR CREDIT CARD IS BILLED. SHIPPING IS DONE IN THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE MANNER POSSIBLE. items are shipped by US Mail unless you are notified otherwise. Items will be shipped the least costly way possible.
